Meet the Founder

Sydney Loyed's journey in event planning began in childhood, where she first discovered her passion for execution and community service while volunteering alongside her mother at Rainbow Days. This early foundation blossomed during her time at the University of Texas, where she served as Philanthropy Chair, coordinating impactful events supporting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics—a background that infuses her work with precision and budget-conscious planning—Sydney honed her expertise through roles at prestigious organizations. Her career path included managing high-profile events at JHL Company, orchestrating campus-wide celebrations at the University of Texas President's Office, and coordinating international business development trips for the Texas Economic Development Corporation.

Today, Sydney's portfolio spans intimate 8-person VIP dinners to 1,500+ person fundraising galas, including prestigious events like the 2023 Governor's inaugural ball. Her commitment to community service remains steadfast, evidenced by her four-year leadership with Susan G. Komen's Junior Executive Board and ongoing involvement with organizations like ATX Food Fridge, Any Baby Can, and The Trail Conservancy. When she's not transforming clients' visions into reality, Sydney can be found running with local groups or exploring the world with her husband. Her reputation for excellence is reflected in a client base built primarily through referrals, underscoring her ability to not just meet but exceed expectations while ensuring every event delivers meaningful ROI for her clients.
